新型无填料喷射式冷却塔的性能探讨

摘    要:介绍了一种国家专利产品新型无填料喷射式冷却塔的基本结构、工作原理和特点.测试校核100 t/h喷射式冷却塔的设计,通过实测400 t/h无填料喷射式冷却塔和400 t/h传统填料冷却塔,进行冷却性能对比分析,结果表明该种无填料喷射式冷却塔具有明显的技术优势和良好的发展前景.

Abstract:The construction, working principle and features of a spray cooling tower with patent technologies was introduced. It was measured and checked that the 100 t/h spray cooling tower against design condition. Cooling performance of the 400t/h spray cooling tower was compared with a conventional fill cooling tower. The results showed this new type of cooling tower have the technological advantage and good development prospect.
