| 摘 要： | 在开发新能源方面，地热、太阳能、海洋能、风能等各种新能源相继被开发利用。而一种洁净、低成本的绿色能源－冷能，一直没有得到应有的重视。天然冷能的利用是开辟能源利用的新途径，而工艺冷能的利用，只能算常规能源的深度利用。冷能利用有多种方法，自然冷能与工艺冷能的利用方法有所不同，自然冷能与工艺冷能的利用方法有所不同，但在冷能的开发利用过程中，需要解决的技术关键基本相同，即冷能的 聚集和储存。
