| 摘 要： | 钢制干货集装箱生产中薄板自动焊焊接质量一直不稳定，客户投诉较多。经过现场分析和调研，将加垫板的单面焊双面成形焊接工艺改为自由成形的单面焊双面成形焊接工艺，同时制定了相应的焊接规范。实践证明，通过改变焊接工艺．确保了自动焊焊接质量．尤其对焊前进行喷漆处理的薄板，更是一种行之有效的方法。

Application of the technique of double-side figuaration by single-side welding in container manufacturing |

| Abstract: | The weld quality of auto welding in steel container manufacturing is always unsteady and gets more complaints from customers.After field analysis and investigations,we try to change the weld technique from the pad-added single sided weld with double sided formation into the free forming single sided weld with double sided formation,and we formulate the relevant welding specifications.It testifies that the changed welding technique can ensure the quality of auto welding quite well,especially for the sheet pre painted. |
