香草醛改性壳聚糖的制备及其对洗毛废水絮凝处理性能的研究

摘    要:在以水为溶剂 ,不用引发剂 ,反应时间 4h ,温度 70℃ ,反应物m (香草醛 )∶m (壳聚糖 ) =1∶1,pH =6的条件下 ,香草醛改性壳聚糖 (VCG)的接枝率平均达到 30 %。VCG对洗毛废水中SS和COD的去除率分别达到 96 33%和 6 5 8% ,去除率比用壳聚糖提高了 5 5 73%。在去除率均为96 .0 %时 ,VCG的投加量是壳聚糖的六分之一 ,吨水处理成本是壳聚糖的三分之一。

Abstract:A graft polymer VCG of 30% graft percentage can be prepared by graft reaction in water at 70 ℃,pH=6 for 4 h with chitosan and vanillin in mass ratio m(vanillin aldehyde)∶m(chitosan)=1∶1.The effect of VCG in wool washing wastewater treatment is that SS and COD are cut down by 96 33% and 65 8% respectively,55 73% higher than that of chitosan.The quantity of VCG put into wastewater is one sixth the quantity of chitosan at the same level of cutting SS down by 96% and the fee of VCG for treating per ton wastewater is one third that of chitosan.
