| 摘 要： | 对传统的工艺进行了改进，采用了多工序复合模一次成形、口部要求较高的拉深筒形件。介绍了复合模的结构特点及工作过程，分析了齐边的工艺过程。经生产验证，该模具结构合理、安装调整方便、工件质量稳定、生产效率高、经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Multi-step compound die for cylindrical part drawing was adopted to improve traditional process. Die structure characteristics and working procedure were introduced and edging process was analyzed. By production practice, reasonable structure, installation and adjustment convenience, stable product quality, high manufacturing efficiency and outstand- ing economic benefit were verifred. |
