摘    要:论述了有机废液焚烧处理时焚烧温度的选择、特殊污染物的排放、有机废液焚烧所面临的问题等几个关键问题。指出焚烧温度是判断废液焚烧品质的一个重要参数:温度越高,HCl排放量越大,烟气粉尘中重金属含量越大;温度低,酸性气体排放量增加,二恶英不能充分分解。因此,废液焚烧时应选择一个合理的焚烧温度。还分析了炉膛的结焦结渣等问题,并提出相应的解决方法。

Abstract:The incineration temperature selected in incinerating organic wastewater and discharge of specific pollutant are illuminated, and several key issues encountered during handling organic wastewater by incineration in the world are described. Incineration temperature is an important parameter which is used to evaluate organic wastewater quality, discharge mass of HCl and heavy metals content in flue gas are increasing with temperature rising, discharge mass of acid gas is decreasing and pyrogenation of dioxin is incomplete. Therefore, it is necessary to select an appropriate incineration temperature in incineration of organic wastewater. Moreover, there is an analysis on agglomeration of the hearth and solution to the agglomeration.
