| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用PLC控制的变频调速恒压供水技术在自来水厂二级泵站系统中的应用,采用PLC和变频器进行压力调节,经变频器内部PID运算,自动控制水泵投入的台数和电机转速,实现恒压变量供水。运行结果表明,该系统具有结构简单、工作可靠、节约电能等特点。

| Abstract: | In this text , a constant pressure water supplying system using PLC and VVVF was intro-duced , and an example of using PLC and VVVF to transform frequency is given in water plant two level pumping station .By using PID control arithmetic in inverter , it could automatically control number of wa-ter pump and speed of AC motor , automatically realizing water under constant pressure .The results indi-cated it has lots of advantages of simply structure , credible operation and saving energy . |
