基于 TTF的飞机健康管理地面系统预测技术

摘    要:为了解决传统飞机的机内自测试和定期维修的不足,应用飞机健康管理技术,通过故障预测,以达到预防性维修目的。研究了基于TTF的飞机健康管理地面系统预测技术,通过建立维护信息( MMSG )和故障信息的预测关系,计算从出现维护信息到出现驾驶舱效应( FDE )的时间间隔TTF( Time to FDE),进行故障预测。设计并实现了飞机健康管理地面系统故障预测系统,并进行了验证。

Abstract:In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional aircraft built -in-test and regular main-tenance , the application of the aircraft health management technology and the failure prediction , in order to achieve the purpose of preventive maintenance , aircraft health management ground system failure pre-diction techniques based on TTF is researched , through the establishment of maintenance information ( MMSG) and fault information prediction relationship , calculated from the maintenance message appears to occur flight deck effect ( FDE) intervals TTF ( Time to FDE) for failure prediction .Design and imple-mentation of the aircraft health management ground failure prediction system , and verified .
