| 摘 要： | 主传动为交流的高速复卷机电控系统,由西门子S7-400PLC、OP270触摸屏、6SE70交流变频调速装置、液压比例控制装置、张力检测装置、直径检测装置、断纸检测装置等构成.重点分析了以西门子S7-400PLC作为中心控制器设计的支承辊转矩自动程序控制、自动张力控制、压纸辊压力的自动控制、动态补偿的实施、断纸报警连锁控制及电气一体化连锁控制等.

| Abstract: | The AC high speed winder control system is composed of Siemens S7-400 PLC, OP270 hand touch screen, 6SE70 AC frequencyconversion and speed control device, hydraulic pressure press proportion control device, tension detection device, diameter detection deviceand breaking paper detection device etc.. The paper analyzes the torsion control of supporting roll, automatic tension control, press control ofdancer roll, execution of dynamic compensation, web breaking alarm linkage control and electric integration linkage control with S7 - 400PLCas the central control unit. |
