玻璃纤维水性防火涂料的研制

摘    要:介绍了玻璃纤维水性防火涂料组分的选择,涂料的制备。通过选用硅丙树脂乳液和水性三聚氰胺树脂作为涂料的基料,膨胀型防火体系,季戊四醇和玉米淀粉为成炭剂,磷酸三聚氰胺和高聚合度的聚磷酸铵为催化剂,三聚氰胺为发泡剂,研制一种水性防火涂料。经测试,该涂料在110-120℃成膜后的性能,适用于玻璃纤维防火制品的生产。

Abstract:An aqueous fire-proof coating is prepared by using silicone-acrylate resin emulsion and aqueous melamine resin as base materials, pentaerythritol and maize starch as carbon formers, melamine phosphate and highly polymerized ammonium polyphosphate as catalysts and melamine as foaming agent. The test has shown that the properties of coating film formed at 110- 120 ℃ are satisfactory for fire-proof glass fiber products.
