高浓度含盐染料废水电混凝处理研究

摘    要:探讨了利用电混凝方法对高浓度含盐染料废水的处理研究,考察了溶液不同pH、不同脱色剂投加量、不同的电解电压、不同反应时间下对染料废水处理的影响.实验表明,电混凝方法对废水的色度和CODCr具有较好的去除效果,色度去除率达到96.8%,CODCr的去除率达到92%.其去除机理主要是Cl-与OH-在电解过程中的间接氧化作用,同时也包括部分脱色剂的脱色混凝作用.

Abstract:The electrolytic coagulation method used for treating the highly concentrated salt-containing dyestuff wastewater has been studied. The effects of solutions with different pH, different doses of decolorant, differnet electrolytic pressure and different reaction time on dyestuff wastewater treatment are evaluated. The result indicates that the electrolytic coagulation method is effective in removing chroma and CODCr of wastewater. The removal rate of chroma is 96.8% and the removal rate of CODCr is 92%. This is Cl^- in the electrolyse process and also because of the decolorization and c mainly because of indirect oxidization of oagulation of the decolorant.
