摘    要:INTRON-D数字有线对讲系统是一种在宝钢应用较广的工业通信设备,文章探讨了系统的工作原理,包括信号转换、传输和交换处理等过程.该系统通过PCM(脉冲编码调制)编码,并对PCM信号进行多路调制形成时分复用PCM信号,然后按照控制存储器存取原理进行数据交换处理,从而起到加强信道利用,降低传输成本的作用.同时,结合宝日汽车板有限公司有线对讲系统的调试进行了应用方面的分析,为今后设备维护管理和提高服务质量提供了一定的理论基础和参考作用.

Abstract:The INTRON-D digital intercom system is a sort of industrial communication equipment used widely in Baosteel.The operation principles for the system including signal conversion,transmission,switching,etc.are discussed.Through encoding the PCM(pulse code modulation),the system multi-modulates the PCM-encoded serial stream to form TDM(time division multiplex) signals.Then TDM signals are processed according to the data access principle of the control memory to strengthen channel utilization and reduce the transmission cost.In combination with debugging of the intercom system at the BNA Corporation,analysis of the system's application has been made,which could provide theoretical basis and reference for equipment maintenance and service quality elevation in future.
