| 摘 要： | 潇河灌区位于潇河下游，灌区目前尚无调节工程。为解决潇河灌区的严重缺水，规划在松塔河上兴建调蓄控制工程，对潇河灌区引水量有大幅度的提高。

| Abstract: | The basic conditions and existing problems of Xiaohe irrigation district are introduced,the water amount diverted,after the Songta Reservoir is built,at different growth stages of crops in different hydrological years is calculated by means of the "typical year" method. The conclusion is that the utilization rate of water,water-supply quality and reliability of water-supply for industry will be greatly improved if the Songta Reservoir is be to built. |
