| 摘 要： | 用高速逆流色谱分离黄柏中的生物碱,以氯仿:甲醇:0.2mol/l盐酸(2∶1∶1)溶剂体系,上相为固定相,下相为移动相,流速2ml/min,仪器转速800r/min,进样量200mg,分离出了20.4mg巴马亭(组分I)、64.8mg小檗碱(组分II),经HPLC测定,组分I和组分II纯度均>99%,并由IR、1H-NMR和MS确定结构。说明高速逆流色谱分离方法可快速从黄柏中分离出小檗碱和巴马亭。
