Abstract:The surface property of hydrogen storage alloys has great influence on its electrochemical property and application.This paper briefly introduce some problems existing in the research of MH-Ni battery at present.The causes of deterioration of metal hydride electrodes are summarized.The development status of the different surface treatments in recent years are reviewed and the characteristics of every methods are discussed.
