用微机自动诊断电力电子装置的故障

摘    要:电力电子装置发生故障后,系统停电,故障状态下的信息也往往消失。操作人员寻找故障的原因并修理损坏的元件有赖于经验。本文提出用微处理机自动诊断电力电子装置的故障,显示故障的部位和性质,使操作人员能及时维修,缩短停机时间。文章结合晶闸管中频电源介绍了故障诊断的工作原理,整流故障和逆变故障的诊断方法以及模型试验的结果。

Abstract:An automatic failure diagnosis system (FDS)with a microprocessor for power electronic equipment is presented in this paper.The FDS can tell us the location and property of a failure which are useful for one to repaire the equipment.Therefore,the FDS makes it possible to fully exploit the efficiency by decreasing repair time.This paper first introduces the fundamental of failure diagnosis for medium-frequency power sources.Then the paper studies in detail the automatic failure diagnosis system.At last the experimental results are presented.
