摘    要:大庆萨南油田已进入高含水采油期,导致原油集输热力系统自耗天然气呈上升趋势。目前在萨南油田采用的不加热集油方式有多种。其中掺常(低)温水不加热集油方式适合于在中转站内所辖的电泵井或高产液井较多及含有部分低产液井的情况。“一站、两制”不加热集油方式则既能满足掺常(低)温水—老井的不加热集油需要,又可以保证低产液、低合水的油井的安全生产。1996年在萨南油田又进行了“三不”复合试验,对产液量较高的油井采用掺常温水不加热集油方式。萨南油田采用的常规单管不加热集油方式适用于单井回油温度不低于32℃、回压不超过0.5MPa外情况。此外萨南油田还采用双管不加热集油、单管电加热环状不加热集油等不加热集油方式。

Abstract:Shanan oilfield in Daqing has entered the high water content production period, causing the increasing consumption of natural gas in the heating system. There are several no - heating technologies currently used in Shanan oilfield. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies were discussed.
