| 摘 要： | 中国城市化的高速发展,带来了环境破坏、资源浪费诸多负面影响。面对新形势的挑战,城市化的发展应当与资源节约型、环境友好型社会密切结合起来。中国城市化离不开两型社会建设,两型社会的确立,离不开绿色建筑理论体系的推行。三者互为依托,相辅相成。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Chinese ur- banization is bringing many negative influences such as the destroy to the environment,the wastes of the resources.Facing the new situation challenge, the urbanized development must band the resource conservation,the environment friendly society to- gether closely.Chinese urbanization cannot leave two-types societies' establishments and the green constructions theory system.These three are mu- tually backing,and complement one another. |
