水平井射孔孔眼分布方式优化分析

摘    要:利用二维有限元的方法,根据热流场与渗流场的相似性,模拟水平井射孔完井后井筒及其周围流体流动的变化情况。在考虑井筒压降的情况下,研究射孔孔眼分布对水平井产能和井筒内流体流速剖面的影响。分析的孔眼分布类型有:沿井筒孔眼呈均匀分布、孔眼间距呈递增的等差数列分布、孔眼间距呈递减的等差数列分布、孔眼呈正态分布四种。分析结果有助于优化水平井射射孔孔眼分布来获取最大的水平井产能或均匀的渗流剖面。

Abstract:Based on the similarity of the heat flow field and infiltration flow field, the flow of the fluid around wellbore can be simulated by the 2-D finite element method. In this paper, the effects of perforation tunnel distribution on productivity of the horizontal well and fluid velocity profile in wellbore were studied in consideration wellbore pressure drop. Perforation tunnel distribution modes had uniform distribution, incremental arithmetic series of numbers distribution, degressive arithmetic series of numbers distribution and normal distribution. Through the research, it will help to optimize the design of perforated completion, obtain the most productivity of the horizontal well or uniform fluid influent distribution profile.
