| 摘 要： | 针对二层挠性覆铜板（2L-FCCL）的市场现状和技术发展，我们的工作重点放在压合法。其中，复合膜的开发是重中之重。经过努力，已初见成效。TPI树脂的Zg为245℃，PI树脂的穗在350℃以上，剥离强度（18岬压延铜箔）为1。5N／mm，耐焊性（300℃），1min以上。

| Abstract: | Based on the market status and technology trend of 2-layer flexible copper clad laminate （2L-FCCL）, our work focus on lamination technique. For this technique, the most important point is the development of the composite PI film. A little success has been achieved through some effort. Tg for TPI resin is 245 ℃, Tg for PI resin is more than 350℃, peel strength（18μm rolled copper） is 1.5 N/mm, and thermal stress test at 300℃ can stand more than lmin. |
