| 摘 要： | 以UG为平台,VC 为开发工具,根据典型陶瓷产品—坐便器的结构特点,分析了该类产品的形状特征,将其分解为水包、坐圈、水箱、进水通道、排污管和底座等组成单元。采用UG通用的建模命令对产品进行不同方式的多次建模,找出了较好的建模顺序和方法,开发了坐便器参数化CAD系统。该系统开发采用向导设计模式,结合知识库工程,建立了坐便器结构和制造工艺参数等标准和经验数据库。系统运行时,设计者可按照系统提供的设计向导,快捷合理地选择设计参数进行产品的造型设计。

| Abstract: | According to the structure features of the pedestal pan toilet bowl,which is a classical kind of ceramic product,the characteristics of its shape were analyzed,with the help of the software UG and VC as development tool.The toilet bowl is divided to several parts such as water pocket,seat ring,water tank,intake tunnel blow-off pipe,substrate,and so on.Based on the universal commands of UG software,the toilet bowl was modeled in several different ways.Comparing with all the different modeling methods,the optimized method of modeling orders is found out,while the Parameterized CAD system of the pedestal pan toilet bowl is developed.The developed system referred in this paper set up a database which related to the parameters of toilet bowl structures and other properties.The designers could quickly and reasonably choose the design parameters for product designing via the wizard interface. |
