鑫汇金矿尾矿库尾砂开采工艺

摘    要:为解决鑫汇金矿矿山充填尾砂不足和减轻尾砂对环境的污染,研究将原堆放于露天坑的尾砂采出充填井下采场的工艺。针对矿山的实际情况,采用层次分析法建立模型,分析对比泵采、电耙耙运和自溜下放三种水采技术方案,最后选用泵采方案进行试验。初步试验结果表明,该工艺具有简单、实用、可靠的优点,可供同类矿山参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem about lack of tailings for back-filling in Xinhui Gold Mine, the technology on mining of tailings in open pit for underground stope back-filling is investigated. According to the situation of the Mine, the methods of pump mining, scoop mining and haulage by gravity are compared by the model established with AHP analysis method, and the pump mining method is selected to put into the experiment. It is shown by the experimental results that this method has such advantage as convenient, practicable and reliable, and can be referred by other mines.
