| 摘 要： | 对国内外频谱资源管理的研究现状进行了总结。比较了目前几种有代表性的频谱资源管理方式的特点与区别。从电磁兼容分析技术研究、基于频谱资源价值的管理方法研究、频谱资源管理系统分析方法研究等几个方面分析了频谱资源管理的研究进展。结合当前频谱资源的研究现状以及信息科学、系统科学的快速发展带来的研究环境的变化,探讨了复杂环境下频谱资源管理问题的研究趋势。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research of spectrum resource management mode,summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of several typical modes and the differences among them.Combined with the research state of spectrum resource and change of research environment brought about by rapid development of information science and system science,the necessity of resolving problems of scientific allocation of spectrum resource in complex conditions is discussed. |
