微孔扩散器在气液传质过程中的研究进展

摘    要:阐述了微孔扩散器的定义及气泡传质理论,介绍了微孔扩散器在曝气、臭氧氧化、气浮、塔板、纳米材料制备等方面的研究现状和发展趋势。与其他技术相比较,以微孔介质为核心的微孔扩散技术具有混合、传质性能好,能耗低,操作简单,利于工程放大等优点。

Abstract:The definition of fine porous diffusor and the theory of bubble mass transfer are expounded.The development and reasearch progress of fine porous diffusor are introduced from five aspects such as aeration,ozone oxidation,air floatation,tray and nanometer material preparation.Compared with another technology,the fine porous diffusor technology had the advantages of excellent mass transfer performance,low waste energy,simple operation and being easy for engineering scale-up.
