石英晶体自动调频设备的研发

摘    要:研制了一种机电设备,涉及电子装置常用的音叉式石英晶片的机械加工技术领域,是一种利用砂轮对石英晶片的频率和阻抗进行自动调整的装置。该设备包括振动盘送料机构,机械手回转机构,砂轮磨削机构和测试分料机构,再辅以电气控制,形成了整个机械加工自动化控制系统。该装置不仅加工精度高,而且自动化程度高,提高了生产效率,使用效果好,取得了良好的社会经济效益。

Abstract:The mechanical and electrical equipment involved in electronic devices commonly used tuning fork type micro electron wafer machining technology, especially a use of the grinding wheel to micro electron wafer of frequency and impedance for automatic adjusting device. The equipment includes vibration plates transfer feeder, manipulator rotary organization, grinding wheel grinding institutions and test points institution, again complementary with electrical control, formed the mechanical process automation control system. The unit is not only high machining accuracy, and a high degree of automation, improve the production efficiency, use effect is good, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
