纳米硫酸钡增强PET复合材料性能研究

摘    要:通过熔融共混法制备了纳米硫酸钡增强PET复合材料。研究了纳米硫酸钡用量对增强PET复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,纳米硫酸钡对PET有显著的增强作用,在纳米硫酸钡质量分数为3%时,增强PET的力学性能最佳,对比空白样,拉伸强度和模量分别提高了15.6%和18.0%,弯曲强度和模量分别提高了13.6%和14.2%,而冲击强度基本没有下降。

Abstract:Nano-meter BaSO4 reinforced PET composite was prepared by means of melt blending. The effects of the content of nano-meter BaSO4 on the mechanical properties of the composite were studied. The results showed nano-meter BaSO4 had great effect on the reinforcement of the composite, when the mass fraction of nano-meter BaSO4 was 3%, the mechanical properties of the composite were the best; compared with those of pure PET, the tensile strength and 14.2%, and modulus, flexural strength and modulus of the composite increased by 15.6%, 18.0%, 13.6% respectively, while the impact strength of the composite changed little
