基于料仓物位检测的非线性处理的研究

摘    要:研究了在利用应变电阻传感器进行物位检测的过程中,传感器所对应的料仓质量的电压值与应变片位移之间的非线性处理方法,就其特性曲线的线性化作了详细的探讨。结果表明,采用作者提出的这种非线性化处理方法可以提高料仓物位测量的精确度,在实际应用中具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:In this article, we introduced a non-linear method between the voltage value of the sensors for the material weight and the displacement of the strain resistance in the process of detecting with the strain resistance sensors. We discussed particularly about the linearization of the special curve. By this non-linear method we could improve the precision of the detecting of location. Soit has the certain practicality in practice.
