| Abstract: | Start directly from the actual shape of gear tooth, taking the similarity theory as a base, and by means of sampling calculation of boundary element and analysis of three elements regression, the simplified formulae for calculation of tooth root stress were established. The effectiveness of these formulae was verified by a living example and these formulae could be applied to actual reference. |
