实用新型布袋收尘器技术

摘    要:由于反吹阀、脉动阀及螺旋输送机结构存在缺陷 ,造成济钢高炉喷煤系统的布袋收尘器故障率高。针对故障点发生的不同情况 ,对反吹阀、脉动阀及螺旋输送机等收尘器部件进行了改造 ,使零部件的结构性能得到彻底优化 ,布袋收尘器的故障率由原来的 2 1%降低到 3 %以下。

Abstract:The structural faults of the reverse blow valve, the pulse valve and the spiral conveyer are the reasons of the high fault rate of the bag type dust collector in the BF's spraying pulverized coal system at Jigang. Aiming at the different conditions of the fault, the parts of the bag type dust collector such as the reverse blow valve, the pulse valve and spiral conveyer etc are reformed, then the structural performances of the parts are quite optimized, and the fault rate of the bag-type dust collector is decreased from 21% to less 3%.
