摘    要:利用1-氨基蒽醌生产废渣制造染料的方法,将原来的“废渣”制成有价值的分散红棕E-3R。此废渣主要成分为未反应完的蒽醌和1-硝基蒽醌,以及副反应生成的1,5(或1,8)-二硝基蒽醌。废渣中的蒽醌和1-硝基蒽醌进一步硝化转化为1,5(或1,8)-二硝基蒽醌,再将其和废渣中含有的1,5(或1,8)-二硝基蒽醌还原为对应得1,5(或1,8)-二氨基蒽醌,后者氯化为原染料氯代-1,5(或1,8)-二氨基蒽醌。原染料加入扩散剂,经加工后,制造成分散红棕E-3R。

Abstract:The method of converting the waste residue of 1 - amino anthraquinone production into valuable dispersible reddish brown E -3R is introduced in this paper. The main constituents of this waste residue are not only the unreacted anthraquinone and 1 -nitro anthraquinone, but also byproduct of 1,5 (or 1,8 ) -dinitroanthraquinone. The anthraquinone and 1 -nitro anthraquinone in the waste residue were first converted into 1,5 ( or 1,8 ) - dinitroanthraquinone by nitration, and then the ( 1,5 or 1,8 ) - dinitroanthraquinone was reduced into the corresponding 1,5 ( or 1,8 ) - diaminoanthraquinones, and then the chlorinated dye was obtained by chlorination. One kind of dispersing dyes, dispersing reddish brown E - 3R can be produced by adding dispersant into the original dye and then processing.
