高烈度地震区中小学教学楼耐震设计研究

摘    要:本文以一栋十八班教学楼为例,以建筑物本身的动力特性为研究基础,从建筑方案设计入手,以合理的建筑平面布局和规则的形体,配合抗侧力和延性好的钢管混凝土或工字钢柱、工字钢梁、组合楼板构成的框架一支撑结构体系、岩棉芯复合压型钢板外墙和内隔墙,构成耐受强地震作用不倒塌的教学建筑。弹塑性有限元分析表明,该结构具有良好的动力特性和耐震性能。本项研究工作为高烈度地震区教学楼耐震设计提供了技术支持。
