摘    要:针对黄河兰州段河道采砂带来的安全问题,从河势稳定、防洪安全、水环境安全三方面建立河道采砂影响综合评价指标体系,采用改进的G2法和CRITIC法对评价指标进行主客观组合赋权,基于和谐论建立评价模型对2013—2018年黄河兰州段河道采砂影响进行了综合评价。结果表明,黄河兰州段河道采砂对河道安全及水环境安全带来不利的影响,在一定时期内需要对黄河兰州段河砂开采进行控制和预防,以避免对河道安全及水环境安全造成进一步的破坏。

Abstract:In view of the safety problem caused by river sand mining in Lanzhou section of the Yellow River, we established a comprehensive evaluation index system of the influence of river sand mining from the aspects of river regime stability, flood control safety and water environment safety. An improved G2 method and CRITIC method were adopted to conduct combination weighing towards the evaluation indexes subjectively and objectively. Based on the harmony theory, an evaluation model was established to evaluate the influence of river sand mining in Lanzhou reach of the Yellow River from 2013 to 2018. The results indicate that the river sand mining in Lanzhou reach of the Yellow River is harmful to the safety of the Yellow River and the environment, so it is necessary to control and prevent river sand mining in Lanzhou reach of the Yellow River in a certain period of time, avoiding further damage to the safety of river and environment caused by river sand mining.
