摘    要:以取代苯甲醛为起始原料,经缩合、酯化、环合及酰化,合成了5个新的化合物5-取代苯基-3-吡唑烷酮衍生物,用IR,^1HNMR及MS对其结构进行了表征。经初步生物活性测定表明,化合物4e显示出较强的抗癫痫活性。

Abstract:These objective compounds were synthesized through condensation,esterification,ring closure and acylation steps using benzaldehyde as a starting material.Five new derivatives of 5 substituted phenyl 3 pyrazolidinoses were synthesized,their structures were confirmed by IR, 1HNMR and MS.Preliminary test of biological activities showed that compound 4e had appreciable antiepileptic activity.
