| Abstract: | The definition,content and development of BPR(business process reengineering) were summarized.Then the importance and necessity of promoting BPR in Chinese foundry enterprise were discussed,emphasizing that doing BPR should be joined closely with casting technology,information technology and advanced manustructuring technique. |
