指针式电压表精度自动化检定系统的设计与实现

为了解决在指针式电压表的精度检定过程中，由于人工检定而造成的效率低下和精度不高的问题，提出了一种指针式电压表精度自动化检定系统；系统采用摄像机采集仪表表盘图像，用计算机控制标准信号源，应用基于数字图像处理的指针示值自动判读技术，实现指针式电压表精度的自动检定；在表盘图像的处理上，运用并提出了一些新颖的图像处理算法，使系统具有很好的实时性；实验证明采用这一系统可以大大提高检定效率和精度，减少人为误差的干扰，因此具有一定的市场开发价值。

Design and Realization of an Auto -detecting System of Precision of Voltage Indicator

In order to deal with the problem that it is low precise and inefficient by manual detection during detecting the precision of voltage indicator, an auto- detecting system of the precision of voltage indicator is introduced. Getting the image of dial by vidicon, controlling the standard signal by computer, and applying the automatic recognition of the reading of pointer based on digital image-processing, the auto-detecting of the precision of voltage indicator is realized. In the processing of the image of dial, some new algorithms of image-processing are introduced. So the system has good real-time characteristic. Experiments show that the precision and efficiency of detection are enhanced greatly by using the system. And the artificial interfere factors are also eliminated. So it has some market value.
