环形掺Er3+光纤激光器输出特性分析与实验研究

摘    要:理论分析了掺Er^3+光纤环形腔激光器的输出特性,获得了稳态条件下激光器输出功率、阔值泵浦功率和斜率效率的解析表达式.分析了泵浦光波长、泵浦功率、Er^3+光纤掺杂浓度、输出端耦合器分光比等的影响,推导了在特定输出波长处获得最大输出功率所需最佳掺Er^3+光纤长度的解析表达式。进行了LD泵浦掺Er^3+光纤环形腔激光器的实验工作,获得了斜率效率10%以上的激光输出。

Abstract:The output characteristics of Er3+ doped ring cavity fiber laser were theoretically studied by solving the rate equations.Under stationary conditions analytical expressions on laser output power,threshold pump power and slope efficiency were presented.Influences on output characteristics by pump wavelength,pump power,Er3+ doped concentration,output coupling rate and laser wavelength were studied.The optimum fiber length of a ring cavity Er3+ doped fiber laser was derived.The LD-pumped Er3+ doped fiber laser was experimentally studied and the slope efficiency of more 10% was obtained.
