摘    要:为了确保新型舰载作战指挥系统保障力和战斗力的迅速生成,提出了新型舰载作战指挥系统的技术状况指标体系,综合运用熵权法和VIKOR方法,建立了新型舰载作战指挥系统战备完好性评估模型,应用实例结果表明,该模型可用于系统战备完好性评估,为装备的作战使用和技术保障提供依据。

Abstract:In order to insure the rapidly building of maintenance effectiveness and battle effectiveness of new type shipborne operational control system, the index system of technological status for the new type equipment is proposed. The weighting entropy method and the multiattribute decision making method VIKOR is used. The operational readiness evaluation model of shipborne operational control system is constructed. A numerical example draw the conclusion that the proposed model can be used to evaluate the readiness of an information system. The evaluating result can provide reference to operation and technical support of the equipment.
