| Abstract: | The higher demand for the water resources management of river basin was put forward along with the economical and social development in Songliao rivers basin. The optimization disposition and the sustainable utilization of water resources are the fundamental errand of the river basin administration. The construction of flood control and damage reduction guarantee system, the water resources supply guarantee system and the water environment and water ecology protection system are the central work for the river basin administration. |
