| 摘 要： | 天然气处理过程中产生的含甲醇污水必须进行无害化处理。苏里格第一天然气处理厂采用常压精馏装置处理含醇污水,精馏出的甲醇纯度大于95%,处理后的污水含醇量小于0.1%回注地层。以提高甲醇精馏装置运行效率和产品甲醇浓度为目的,针对甲醇回收装置运行过程中出现的问题进行分析,得到了认识,并提出了建议。
