天然气热泵排烟换热器优化及实验

摘    要:燃气机热泵利用清洁的天然气作为输入能源带动压缩机完成热泵循环,由于它可以回收燃气机余热,其一次能源利用率较高。回收余热装置主要包括缸套换热器和排烟换热器,其中排烟换热器位于燃气机末端,其结构对余热回收和燃气机的排气压损、空气动力性噪声都有很大的影响。为此,对燃气机热泵排烟换热器的换热和压损实验结果进行了分析,以校验排烟换热器的结构设计对换热效果及排气压力的影响;还测量了排烟换热器排气的空气动力性噪声,确定了消声频率;进而提出了以平衡换热、压降及降噪三者关系为基础的优化设计原则。

Abstract:Gas engine-driven heat pump (GHP) uses clean natural gas as its input energy to complete a heat pump cycle, so it boasts higher primary energy ratio (PER) when compared with the electric heat pump ( EHP) because it can recover waste heat of gas engine. The heat recovery equipment mainly consists of coolant heat exchanger and exhaust heat exchanger. The structure of exhaust heat exchanger will greatly influence the heat recovery efficiency, pressure loss and noise of exhaust. Thus, the experiment data on the heat recovery effect of exhaust heat exchanger and pressure loss of exhaust is studied, to verify the structure design of exhaust heat exchanger and the influences on pressure loss. Meanwhile, the noise of exhaust is measured to acquire the noise elimination frequency. At last, it brings forward an optimization design principle of exhaust heat exchanger based on the balanced relationship of heat exchanging, pressure loss and noise elimination.
