| 摘 要： | 河流水系往往是城镇发展的依托和支撑。工业革命以来城镇的急速发展和扩张,导致河流水系生态环境不断破坏和侵蚀,更造成了人与水的疏离。文章从历史的角度分析了中国丽江古城,徽州古村落和苏州古镇城乡水网与和谐人居的关系,指出水与人,水与城及人与城三者之间是互相依存发展的关系,而其精髓是人与天调。城镇发展必须在保护河流水系生态功能的基础上,挖掘历史文化内涵,建构合理的土地与水系空间格局,才能使水与人、水与城、人与城三者平衡共荣、和谐发展。
