低速大扭矩气马达定子内表面曲线优化设计

摘    要:依据多作用内曲线径向柱塞式低速大扭矩气马达的工作原理,分析了其定子内表面曲线对气马达性能的影响,建立了一种气马达柱塞腔瞬态压力的计算方法,并运用优化理论求出了使气马达综合性能最优的定子内表面曲线;对气马达的性能特别是瞬态转速进行测试,结果表明优化设计后的敢马达性能显著提高。

Abstract:Influences of earn surface curves of an air motor with low-speed and high-torque output characteristics on the performance of the multilobed internal curve,radial pluggerare analysed. A method for calculating instantaneous pressures in plunger chambers is developed. The optimum cam surface curves are obtained by off-line optimization. The instantaneous rotation speed is measured, which indicates the increase of its performance.
