| 摘 要： | 深井由于钻井时间长，钻柱作用于套管内壁的侧向大等原因，套管磨损的问题越来越突出。本文从钻井状况、钻井液、钻柱与套管的材料、钻柱重量及井眼曲率和钻井方式等五个方面分析了套管磨损的原因，并从钻井工艺技术措施、套管内壁涂层、钻杆接头表面处理、钻井液成分及添加剂、钻杆保护器等五个方面提出了减少套管磨损的技术措施。 |

| Abstract: | Because of the long drilling time and the bigger inside force of drill pipe to case ,the problem of case wear became more serious ,This paper analyzes the five main reason of case wear ,drilling condition ,drilling fluid ,the material of drill pipe and case ,the weight of drilling pipe ,well bore curvature and drilling pattern .Then we put forward five technology measures to protect case wear , such as drilling technology measures , case intramural coating , drilling pipe joint surface process ,drilling fluid additive and drilling pipe protector. |
