| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了国外连续交联（CV）生产线电气装备和控制的特点，在充分满足高压、超高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆生产工艺要求的基础上，采用计算机信息处理和数字控制技术，已达到以往模拟控制所达不到的优异性能指标。此外，国外CV生产线在提高工艺质量、生产效率和节约能源方面也采用了一系列新技术，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper presents mainly the electric equipment and control features in continuous vulcanization(CV) lines abroad.Theses lines while fully meeting the process requirements for HV/EHV XLPE power cables employ computer data processing and digital control techniques.They have therefore excellent performance that cannot be achieved by the traditional analogue control.Besides,the CV lines abroad also employ new technologies to improve process quality,productivity and energy saving and have gained good effects. |
