| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管顶空气相色谱法测定甲钴胺中有机溶剂残留量。采用带自动顶空进样器的气相色谱仪,Rtx？-624毛细管色谱柱,以丙酮及乙醇为标准品,外标法进行定量。乙醇在2.192×10-5～1.534 4×10-4的范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 5）,回收率达到94.54%～108.40%,检测限为2.19×10-6,定量限为1.096×10-5;丙酮在2.28×10-5～1.596×10-4的范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,回收率达到92.11%～108.09%,检测限为5.7×10-8,定量限为2.28×10-7。

| Abstract: | To determine the content of solvent residues in mecobalamin by capillary headspace gas chromatography meth-od with headspace sample injector.The capillary chromatographic column is Rtx-624.With ethanol and acetone as stan-dard substance,external standard method for quantitative,the linear relationship of ethanol（2.192×10-5 ～1.534 4×10-4）（r = 0.999 5）was good,the recovery was 94.54% ～108.40%,limit of detection（LOD） was 2.19×10-6,limit of quantitation（LOQ） was 1.096×10-5.The linear relationship of acetone（2.28×10-5 ～1.596×10-4）（r = 0.999 7）was good,the recovery was 92.11% ～108.09%,LOD was 5.7×10-8,LOQ was 2.28×10-7. |
