| 摘 要： | 阐述了某耐腐蚀换热器用TC2钛合金换热管与管板的焊接结构及该产品对焊接质量的技术要求，分析了TC2钛合金的可焊性及可能出现的焊接缺陷，提出了防止钛合金焊接缺陷产生的途径和预防措施，对钛合金焊前准备、清理要求、焊接过程等各阶段进行了质量控制，并制定了相应的焊接工艺参数，对焊后结果进行检验。试验和生产结果表明，所采用的技术途径和预防措施完全适合于TC2钛合金换热管和管板焊接的批量生产，已经投入某生产厂家进行应用。
