摘    要:以X60级HFW焊管作为研究对象,分析了焊接区域的显微组织特点;通过测量焊接区域结构参数与力学性能,提出焊接工艺应当保证焊缝熔合线宽度控制在0.05~0.2 mm内.在820℃,870℃和980℃正火后,焊接区域组织粗大,冲击韧性偏低;920℃左右正火后焊缝区域组织细化,力学性能大大提升,通过对比发现在900~930℃...

Abstract:X60 HFW pipes have been researched,and the microstructure in the welding zone is analyzed.By measuring the structural parameters and mechanical properties,it proposed that welding process should ensure the width of the weld fusion line to be controlled within 0.05 ~ 0.2 mm.After normalizing at 820 ℃,870 ℃ and 980 ℃,microstructure of the welding zone is coarse,and the impact toughness is low;after normalizing at 920 ℃,the microstructure seems fine and mechanical properties is significantly improved.Normalizing at the temperature of 900 ~ 930 ℃ can make the microstructure and mechanical properties of welding zone achieve the best.
