摘    要:针对ZG35B钢筒式钢球磨煤机出口端盖的2条穿透性裂纹,采取了挖除裂纹、“热焊法”与加焊加强筋相结合的方法进行处理.对于在焊接过程中容易产生冷裂纹、热裂纹和焊接变形量大的特点,采用合理的焊接参数、焊接顺序等工艺措施,如第一层采用小电流、慢速焊,多层多道焊,焊后跟踪锤击,及时进行脱氢,焊后进行高温回火处理.通过焊补,彻底...
