摘    要:针对厚壁大径管氩电联合焊的缺点,开发了窄间隙脉冲TIG自动焊工艺,解决了厚壁大直径管窄间隙TIG焊中焊缝侧壁熔透、坡口设计等难点,通过研究厚壁管窄间隙焊接焊缝侧壁熔透技术,开发厚壁大直径管窄间隙TIG焊组合坡口,设计焊接该种坡口厚壁管的特定范围的焊接工艺参数,并在焊接实例中进一步验证了该工艺技术的可靠性,成功解决了厚壁...
