55 MPa高压法兰的设计与应用

在现有高压力级别法兰标准缺少的前提下，基于现有国家高压法兰标准而设计更高压力级非标法兰的基本思路，介绍了焊接接管、法兰、螺钉、O形密封圈等增强优化的关键点、基本计算方法和强度校核的主要方向。该法兰成功应用于钢管水压试验机55 MPa（8 000 psi）级高压水路上，其密封性好，安全可靠，拆装方便，维护成本低，配合相关管路附件布管灵活，改线便捷，应用效果良好。
